Relations

Relationships can take various forms, such as romantic unions , friendships, family ties or professional associations.

They involve shared experiences, communication and a sense of mutual commitment or investment. They can be positive and nurturing, providing support, love and companionship, or they can cause stress and conflict.

Building and maintaining healthy relationships comes primarily from the self, from the ability to understand one's own needs and difficulties instead of denying them or attributing them to others .

Integrating the shadows

Shadow integration means the process of accepting and integrating the parts of ourselves that we tend to reject or hide from ourselves and others.

Dealing with deep aspects requires inner work to be done within the framework of a helping relationship. What we can do on our own, however, is valuable preventive work.

To this end Life 4.0 offers a simple preventive method of self-observation and inner dialogue, useful to avoid as much as possible a buildup of tension, resentment or anger.
